Return Policy:

We stand by the quality of our products and services, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Time Limit for Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

Return Conditions:

  1. Unopened/Unused: Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.

  2. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging.

  3. Not Damaged: Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.

  4. Proof of Purchase: Customers must present a receipt or other proof of purchase for the return to be accepted.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns on ANY controllers (snowplow or spreader); all such sales are FINAL SALE.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified by email or phone regarding the status of your refund.

  2. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment (MOP) used during the purchase.

Additional Fees:

  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping of any item(s).

  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
